I wrote this track at a time in my life when I was questioning everything. Sometimes I get stuck in all the different angles you could view a situation from. It's a self-consciousness thing that I can only describe as when you open a bathroom cabinet with mirrored doors and you look to each side, seeing yourself over and over again, endlessly. I still get lost in it sometimes.

When I write songs, I usually begin with a challenge. This was to use a piece of audio that had been reversed. So I titled the project 'All to Be Reversed'. I didn't end up reversing anything, but I felt overwhelmingly that this crippling self-aware feeling would soon pass and come full circle.
